The rehabilitation of the 1443 Km Port-Harcourt to Maiduguri narrow gauge rail project has received priority attention.
This is confirmed in a press statement by the Federal Ministry of Transportation (FMT) Director of Press and Public Relation Officer, Mohammed Tahir Zakari on Monday.
Minister of Transportation Senator Said Alkali emphasizes on how the commencement of this operation and more subsequently aligns with the five priorities of the Federal Government which identifies with ‘Enhanced Infrastructure and Transportation as Enablers of Growth’ to boost economic activities.
