The police have arrested members of a syndicate suspected to be involved in the manipulation of the Bimordial Voters Accreditation System (BVAS).
The suspects were apprehended in a sting operation on Ghandji street in the Maitama area of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
Arise TV reports that the police has taken the suspects into custody and were investigating the illegal possession and suspected manipulation of the BVAS.
It was also reported that one of the suspects arrested is the Vice President of Emperor Technology, a tech firm.
The report says the suspects are helping the police with its investigation.
