Kidney failure: Rapper MI solicits funds for colleague, Eedris Abdulkareem

Ace Nigerian rapper, Jude Abaga fondly known as MI, has reacted to the shocking news of his colleague, Eedris Abdulkareem, who recently revealed that he has been diagnosed with kidney failure.

In a post on the verified Instagram page of the legendary Nigerian rap artiste, Eedris Abdulkareem revealed that he has been on dialysis for a while and he is due for a transplant later this month.

Reacting to the news, MI via his verified Twitter account wrote, “I received the sad news yesterday that Nigerian music Icon

@EedrisOriginal Eedris Abdul Kareem has been battling with Kidney failure and needs our help. I will share the information below in the following tweets… please share and support as you can #SaveEedris.”

He further revealed that there is a donor in the family.

MI tweeted, “SAVE EEDRIS ABDUKARIM NOW!!! Our brother has been diagnosed with Kidney Failure and requires surgery URGENTLY!!! We Have A Donor in His Family…. The Hospital has fixed 27th July 2022 for this Emergency Surgery… Eedris Abdulkarim; 1003862655, Zenith Bank.” (sic)
